In order to streamline support requests and better serve you, we utilise a new support ticket system. Every support request is assigned a unique ticket number which you can use to track the progress and responses online. For your reference we provide complete archives and history of all your support requests.
- A valid email address is required to submit a ticket and it must be the same email address you have registered with us.
- Make sure your username is included in your message.
- Only 1 question per ticket is allowed.
CAUTION: as per our communication policy, all support tickets or any other messages sent to Ad2Prosper directly or indirectly, containing threats, insults or any other kind of offence, will be automatically deleted with no reply, the sender's membership will be automatically terminated and all pending commissions immediately forfeited.
IMPORTANT: submit a ticket ONLY IF you haven't found the answer to your questions in the FAQ page. This will allow us to reduce the number of tickets and serve you faster.
